This stunning strain has one of the richest historical backgrounds of any plant out there. It is well known in the cannabis community and is one of the earliest known hybrids. It was first created by Sacred Seeds in the 1970s, where it was released in the Netherlands and quickly became a leading strain.
It has a wonderfully cerebral and powerfully uplifting effect that goes on and on.
Original Skunk was born from three impressive strains: Columbian Gold, Acapulco Gold and Afghani. This genetic background made it the first stable hybrid. It has also gone through several generations of careful cultivation and breeding and is constantly being used as a basis for new breeding projects.
The genetic makeup of Skunk results in a powerful yet delicious smoke from a plant that has a short flowering period and offers wonderful yields.
Not only is this legendary strain an excellent smoking experience, but it is extremely easy to grow and the buds are of the highest quality. The only possible problem that users have reported is the smell. There is a very good reason this strain is called Skunk.
The aroma can be extremely overwhelming when grown indoors, so it’s important to make sure your grow space is well ventilated. They are not great for stealth growing outside, but if privacy is not an issue then they are a phenomenal plant to have in a garden.
However, no matter where she is grown, Skunk will grow well, they especially love indoor sets and a regular light cycle will produce extremely high yields.
